The Elliot Madera Marathon 2025 is organized and hosted by Elliot Madeira Charity Club. The race is flagged as qualifying race, meaning finish times can be used for seeding in Comrades Marathon or Two Oceans Marathon.

Location: Walter Sisulu University Stadium, Mthatha, Eastern Cape.

The road running event will have the following distances and starting times:
- 42.2km Marathon will start at 06h30.
- 21.1 Half-marathon will start at 6h45.
- 10 km Race is scheduled to start at 07h00.
- 5km Family Fun Walk will begin at 08h00.
