The Bloemfontein Achilles Running Club proudly presents the 2025 edition of the Kloppers Marathon. Join us for an exhilarating race day in Bloemfontein, offering distances to suit all runners.

Date: Saturday, 8 February 2025

Location: Achilles Running Club, Att Horak St, Willows, Bloemfontein, Free State.

Distances and Starting Times:

  • 42.2km Marathon: Starts at 05h30
  • 21.1km Half-Marathon: Starts at 05h45
  • 10km Race: Starts at 06h00
  • 4.8km Fun Run: Starts at 06h15

Entry Fees:

  • 42.2km Marathon: R250
  • 21.1km Half-Marathon: R180
  • 10km Race: R130
  • 4.8km Fun Run: R50

Note: Temporary licence is R70 if you’re registering for 10km or higher.

Entry Information:

  • Online registration for the race closes on Wednesday, 5 February
  • Entries will also be taken at:
    • Achilles Running Club on
      • Thursday, 6 February @ 17h00-20h00
      • Friday, 7 February @ 17h00-20h00

Number Collection:

  • Achilles Running Club on
  • Thursday, 6 February @ 17h00-20h00

  • Number collection will also take place on the day from 04h30
