The 2025 edition of SOCAL river marathon will be very exciting, as always it will be well organized bringing nothing but good vibes to road running enthusiasts and elite athletes. This is a fun course in Southern California.
Here we list all necessary race details and online entry information.
Date: Saturday, 1 March 2025.
Location: 21601 Pacific Coast Highway, Huntington Beach, CA 92646 US.
Distances and Starting times:
- 26.2Mile Marathon: starts at 8:00am to 2:00pm PST.
- 13.1Mile Half Marathon: starts at 9:30am to 2:00pm PST.
- 10km Run: starts at 10:45am to 01:00pm PST.
- 5km Run: 11:00am to 01:00pm PST.
Entry Fees (subject to change after January 29, 2025):
- For Marathon: $103.6
- For Half marathon: $86.11
- For 10K run: $45.3
- For 5K run: $45.3

Entry information
After registration you get the following:
Race Results – Timing Via Timing Chips on back of race bibs. Chip Start and Finish. Results are live via your smart phone or tablet as long as WIFI is working. We can print them or give you access to our tablets as you finish as well.
Electronic Race Packets – We do race Electronic Race Packets. These are emailed 5 Days prior to the race. If you register after 5 Days prior there are links in your confirmation email or on the agenda page.

Food at Finish – Water, Powerade, Oranges, Bananas, Peanut Butter Sandwich, Candy. If Temps above 60 degrees Fatboys Ice Cream, below 60 degrees Hot Chocolate.
Race Photos – Free for personal use. Download them at onhillevents.smugmug.com We do not guarantee every person a photo. If you want a photo find out photographer with the Yellow Vest and have them take a pic of you. They are available within 5 days after the race.
